Good performance is a right. So is success!
Most people enjoy performing well and achieving success. They strive to do so individually or as a team. If you want to perform well and be successful, you must be able to realise your own potential. In a team, this must be possible for every member. Discovering and developing this potential is our passion!
We have contributed our very different curriculums, successes, and disappointments, experiences, and areas of knowledge into PSYfiers to promote good performance and success. For in the professional world, good performance and success should not only be seen as a «must» but also as a «right». It is one of the most pressing and important tasks of employers and education institutions to support the people entrusted to them in discovering, using, and developing their skills and strengths.
Many successes and numerous failures with world-class teams have taught us that the process of recognising, using and developing people’s potential as individuals and as a group is always very similar. Self-awareness comes first. Next is the understanding of otherness and diversity, not of better or worse, but of different. This «different, but also good» must be accepted in order to create trust in one’s own and the others› possibilities. And finally, to be able to use all of this, a commitment is needed, a decision to achieve the possible performance, individually and as a team.
Our tools support this process, selectively or holistically. On the one hand, we rely on our strength approach, which helps people to discover and use their potential in the spirit of positive psychology. On the other hand, we focus on «experiencing» instead of «learning», as this is the best way to work with the power of the «unconscious». Shifting the unconscious into consciousness in a positive way is the most efficient and effective way of controlling behaviour.

Patrick jets from one destination to the next, exploring new subject areas and initiating projects. He thinks ahead and is always on the move. He is our team’s «flight captain». When boarding one of his planes, team members usually make sure their seat belts are securely fastened.
MAIKE VON ELVERFELDT
The «realiser». Her favourite strengths: logical – empathetic – conscientious
Maike sees PSYfiers projects through from draft to implementation. She commits to projects and to the people working on them with a mixture of rational and emotional capabilities, with a love for detail and a great eye for the overall picture. Her creativity and effectiveness make our projects come to life.

The «professor». His favourite strengths: complex – imaginative – strategic
Bernhard is PSYfiers’ «psychological mind». His profound knowledge of many subject areas is vital for developing and scientifically validating our projects. He is one of the «fathers» of the VIP.
