How does Mission Career work?
Mission Career is a digital coaching and mentoring tool, mostly self-explanatory and intuitive to use. Nevertheless, it is only accessible to professionals who must identify themselves as such and register. Mission Career requires users to have sufficient experience and expertise in the fields of HR, education, leadership, counselling, coaching, or mentoring. After carefully working through the documents and instructions (approx. 1 hour), these people do not need any additional certification to successfully use Mission Career.
