Maike sees PSYfiers projects through from draft to implementation. She commits to projects and to the people working on them with a mixture of rational and emotional capabilities, with a love for detail and a great eye for the overall picture. Her creativity and effectiveness make our projects come to life.

After receiving her masters’ degree from Leeds Becket University in England, Maike von Elverfeldt started her professional career in hospitality management projects for the 2006 FIFA World Cup and the UEFA EURO 2008™. As a project manager, she led the development of various event software focusing more and more on strategic and conceptual project development. As chief of staff and member of the management of the 2014 European Athletics Championships in Zurich, she contributed to the tremendous success of the top event. Maike von Elverfeldt worked on the ground-breaking SwissSkills Career project on behalf of PSYfiers. More than 120,000 VIP-based force profiles were generated in just two years, providing decisive impulses for Mission Team and Mission Future.
