How does Mission Team Development Programme work?
No external moderator or coach
As there is no external coach present, your team’s authentic dynamics can unfold without external influence. Prior knowledge is not required.
Self-guided by the team
Your team will be conducting the two workshops themselves, merely assisted by two likeable digital avatars, Kasimir and Professor Bernardus. All you need is a large enough meeting room.
Co-moderator
The two avatars are supported by a co-moderator, ideally a team member. This person does not have any content-related tasks in any of the two workshops.
Software and Customer Center
TThe co-moderator has access to the Customer Center and all documents filed there. This includes logins for the Visual Implicit Profiler (VIP)®, which all participants complete a few weeks before the first workshop.
Mission Team Participant Folder
Each participant receives a folder with individualised documents that correspond with their strength profile. These documents are delivered in the one of the four languages the participant has used for the VIP, even if it does not correspond with the workshop language.
Mission Team Box
The Mission Team Box contains all other materials needed for the workshops. It is sent together with the folders a few days prior to the first workshop. For all tasks, there are easy-to-use checklists and ready-made documents.
Compass Training
Following the first workshop, participants get the opportunity to consolidate and practice the learned. A «card pack» with short exercises can be found in the Mission Team Box and distributed to the participants. Thus, the exercises are randomly assigned to each team member for the first three weeks after the first workshop.
Price and Organisation
- Cost: CHF 210 (approx. 230 US$, 202 €, 170 GB£ as per 2.2.2022) per team member (plus VAT (only in CH) and shipping costs)
- Duration:
- First workshop: 4.5 hours incl. approx. 45 minutes breaks (breaks can be arranged variably)
- Exercises over 3 weeks, each 10 – 15 minutes per week
- Second workshop: 2 hours incl. approx. 10 minutes breaks
- Time for delivery: As documents for the participants will be individualised based on the VIP, we need 5 weeks to prepare before the first workshop. At the beginning of these five weeks, future workshop participants will complete the VIP questionnaire.
- Group size: 4 to 12 participants
- Shorter lead times and other group sizes can be requested if required.
- High-quality workshop materials in four languages: The Mission Team Box contains all the workshop materials you will need for the workshops. In addition, participants will receive a folder with their individualised documents, including the results of their strength profile. These documents will be provided in the language the participant chose when completing the VIP questionnaire, even if the workshops are being held in another language version.
- Co-moderator: The workshops require a co-moderator for the two avatars. Planning and organising the workshops does not necessarily have to be part of a co-moderator role. During the workshops, the co-moderator will navigate the simple software, distribute folders and materials, and keep an eye on the clock (i.e., breaks). Checklists and ready-made documents will make their job very simple. We recommend that a participating team member acts as co-moderator during the workshops. However, there may be good reasons for an external person assuming the role (e.g. a member of the HR department who supports several teams).
