Bernhard is PSYfiers’ «psychological mind». His profound knowledge of many subject areas is vital for developing and scientifically validating our projects. He is one of the «fathers» of the VIP. 

Originally an electrical engineer and professional educator, Bernhard Mikoleit has dedicated the past 20 years of his career to people and their personalities. The co-author of the VIP is an established expert in the area of personality diagnostics and in developing various (groups of) people. As a management consultant and lecturer, he has worked with the VIP in numerous projects in the areas of organisational development, selection of personnel, staff development, market research, neuro-marketing, company communication, and compliance. In addition, Bernhard Mikoleit shares his knowledge in seminars, talks, and books.
