Who is Mission Future Family for?
- The programme helps young people, who are starting to explore educational and career options – and their families.
- Depending on the country/region, the programme is ideal for students between the age of 12 and 16.
What is the purpose of Mission Future Family?
- Getting to know your (strength) potential and developing preferences.
- Providing guidance for educational and career choices.
- Promoting important conversations about school and career choices within the family.
How does Mission Future Family work?
Mission Future Family includes three missions:
In addition, Mission Future Family offers:
- 5 TANs, logins for the implicit, visual questionnaire VIP to identify personal strengths
- Video instructions for all procedures and rules
The cooperative strength games
On a flight to Mars, your family faces a number of tasks you have to complete as the team of astronauts of the spacecraft. In each challenge, you will determine the most helpful strengths. Players become familiar with various kinds of strengths in the process.
Between Mission Mars and Mission Me:
The Visual Implicit Profiler (VIP)®
The VIP generates a positive basis for discussion about the strengths all family members possess. Strengths are depicted in a word cloud and on strength cards.
Self-knowledge
Mission participants discover individual and family strengths with the help of strength profiles.
Putting the strength approach into practice
Mission Career focuses on strengths and on using them when looking for a career.
Parents get support in the form of digital Mission Career impulses they receive in e-mails.
Students use a personal strength compass they create during Mission Me. Mission Career can be adjusted to the educational and professional systems and environments of specific regions or countries so that Mission Future Family can be used anywhere.
